Luxury Transportation, Clear Policies

Additional Information

  • All hourly charters and mileage-based bookings are calculated portal-to-portal.

  • Charter rates are billed by the hour with a minimum duration required.

  • Holiday surcharges apply on federally recognized holidays.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Otherwise, the full fare (100%) will be charged.

  • For transfer services, vehicles do not stay with the group after drop-off.

  • A 15-minute grace period applies to transfers. After that, it converts to hourly charter.

  • 30 minutes after scheduled time, if no contact is made, it is considered a no-show.

  • All rates are subject to change without notice.

  • We guarantee no hidden charges.

  • Tampa Airport Meet & Greet Fee: $15.

  • Orlando MCO Airport: $10 surcharge per pickup.

  • Sanford Airport: $20 surcharge per pickup.

  • Late-night/early morning pickups (between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST): $15 surcharge.

  • No cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.


ZLimos Orlando Charter Policy

  • All chartered hours must run continuously.

  • If the client exceeds the reserved time, charges apply in 60-minute increments.

  • If an in-town reservation is used out of town, out-of-town rates apply.

  • Delays caused by the customer will result in a minimum 30-minute charge.

  • If the customer uses fewer hours than reserved, they are still billed for the full time booked.

  • Customers are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their group.

    • Interior/Exterior damage: Minimum charge of $200.00

    • Alcohol spills or stains: Minimum $300.00

    • Smoking, eating, or vomiting in the vehicle: Minimum $400.00

    • General cleaning fee (if vehicle is not left clean): Minimum $50.00


Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Email-confirmed bookings are final and cannot be canceled. Full charges will apply.

  • Signed contracts (via email or fax) are non-cancelable after confirmation.

  • If not canceled at least 24 hours before the service, the entire amount will be charged. No exceptions.

  • Reservations made within 24 hours of the service date are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • We do not charge extra for delays at airports or cruise terminals.
